Hearth Talk成立於2020年。成員包括英國(HCPC/BACP註冊)、北美的心理學家、心理治療師及社工。

我們希望運用我們的專業知識，以義務形式為有需要的海外香港人提供關於精神健康的資訊、心理諮詢、支援以及英國/海外精神健康服務的介紹和轉介。

我們的臨床心理服務對象是位於英國需要心理支援的香港人。由於成員全屬義工，可以提供的義務諮詢有限，因此會優先為無法使用NHS或承擔治療費的人士提供協助。

Hearth Talk was established in 2020. Our members include psychologists, social workers and counsellors who are based in the UK (HCPC/ BACP-registered) and North America.

Through our expertise we aim to help overseas Hongkongers by providing education on mental health, free psychological consultation*, talking therapy*, referrals and information on mental health systems in the UK and other countries.

*Our free consultation & talking therapy are targeted at Hongkongers in the UK requiring psychological support. As we are all volunteers, we can only provide a limited number of psychological consultations. We will prioritise those who cannot access the NHS or other mental health support due to financial or visa constraints.

我們理解海外港人離鄉別井，在異地開展新生活，從日常生活到心理健康，都可能遇到很多難題。我們希望提供具備心理學理論、臨床經驗及研究實證為基礎的服務，為有需要的海外港人提供心理諮詢與治療，提高個人適應能力及緩和情緒困擾；同時提倡心理教育服務，促進心理健康，與每一位香港人「齊上齊落」。

We understand the various challenges Hongkongers are facing daily, both practical and psychological. We provide psychological support in different forms including consultation and psychotherapy based on psychological theories, clinical experience, and research evidence in order to improve individual resilience and alleviate emotional distress. We also strive to promote psychoeducation to raise public awareness on mental well-being and stand with every Hongkonger.
